4th One Is Coming

Initial planning was to have max 3 children. Well, planning has been altered. Despite all the precaution measures taken, it was overruled by God. He is going to bless us with the 4th one and is a princess. So 3 girls and a boy for us. With the announcement of longer maternity leave by the Prime Minister yesterday, there is an encouragement to go for the 5th one and it must be a boy that time... Nah, we can't afford to care for 5 children unless there is a 50% salary raise :D For the time being, 5th child is not likely to happen... :P

We went for review yesterday. Our gynea said the baby is fine and already in the right position. Expected due date (EDD) was brought forward from early December to mid November. We preferred the baby to come early Dec, just like her brother (5th Dec) and sister (3rd Dec). One month to go before she comes out. We hope we have prepared well to welcome her to this world :)

The baby was scanned yesterday and my wife said she looks so cute. She is sleeping with one hand covering her nose. Oh man, can't wait for her arrival.

All babies are cute actually except for Benjamin Button :P We know that there are married couples that are really hoping for a child but no luck yet. Whereas many unmarried couples get pregnant due to unsafe sex. Some will get marry and care for the baby. Those who can afford but not ready to get marry will go for abortion. But the saddest thing is to hear some of them decide to dump their baby after delivery to cover up their acts. The more fortunate babies will survive and the unfortunate will die due to hunger, sickness or attacked by wild animals. As a citizen, we could only feel sad and sympathy for those dumped babies. We hope that government would draw and launch effective programmes to instil awareness especially to teenagers about the effect of premarital pregnancy.
