What wrong with the picture above? Except for the building itself, everything seems to be fine. But when you zoom in, then you could see what the actual problem highlighted here...
Yup, that's a garbage bag full of rubbish. Apparently somebody was told to get rid of the rubbish but he got lazy and instead of carrying it downstair, he decided to throw it from the corridor, hoping it will land in the drain nearby. I guess he didn't put enough strenght to his throw. It didn't reach the drain but stucked on the telephone cables. He and maybe a few others might have been doing this (throwing garbage from coridor) many times but this time was unsuccessful.
This is what we call "lack of responsibilities" to the society and environment. When we do like this, everyone is effected. First it cause polution to our drain and surrounding then it cause an eye-soring sight for those who see this situation. Remember, dispose your garbage properly and love our drain!
Now, who's gonna clean that mess???!!
