My faithful E61i which has been with me for the past 3 years, has suffered a serious injury and needed repair! The screen was broken and slowly spreading all over the display. It happened earlier this month when i was charging it. Nearby was Hanna's mobile swing. My son ran pass it and i don't how but the swing fell, ngam-ngam on my E61i. The damage was not seen immediately. A few days later i notice a small dot on the screen, making the display nearby blur... The day after it was getting bigger adn bigger... So i decided to send it to the hp repair shop to get it fix.
I went to a hp repair shop nearby. Show them my phone and told them what's wrong with it. The technician said they have to look for the parts as the model was rare now. We will call you when the part is available he said. I replied ok leaving my dearest hp there. One week passed and not a single call i receive from them. I went there to inquire about it and he said they are still looking for the parts. I replied ok again. One week after that and still no call from the shop. I went there again last Tuesday and they said they still couldn't find the parts needed. Wah, so long to find the parts? Yes sir, hard to find parts for this model. I said ok and leave. Maybe i give them time until after CNY to fix my phone. If still no pregress then i will take it back and send to Nokia Service Center.
In the mean time, i will stick to my I-Phone look alike for telecommunication. Though the touch screen is so annoying but still can be use. And btw, where is Nokia Service Center in K.K?
